Boatshed Grand Union is very pleased to offer this Trad Stern narrowboat for sale. The current owners are reluctant sellers but have had to prioritise their young family over cruising the canals of England. One day to return!
The paintwork is in good condition with bright, traditional scroll-work to the sides and companionway doors as well as accessoried. She was fitted with a new engine in 2012 and a new gearbox in 2018.
She has an attractive and well thought-out layout with plenty of storage space and amply, comfortable saloon seating. The large windows and side-hatch bring in plenty of light.
The cratch comes with a head-turning stained-glass window and full cover that extends the useful area of the boat. The aft section is laid out with a utility area over the easily accessed engine and leads to the stern deck.
She comes newly blacked and BSS until 2022. The last survey was just 4 years ago.
This is a boat with charm and character. A boat to get you afloat and provide many endless days of cruising.
