The boat’s electrical systems, everything brand new this year, all run on solar, with a very fancy solar regulator. There are 3 panels, 30w each, mounted on the pushpit. This provides more electricity than needed, even in January in Cornwall with the boat out of the water and not charged by the engine. All lights, external and internal, are LED.

Broker's Comments
Here we have a true legend – these boats have a world-wide following and many are to be encountered spread across the globe, sailed by intrepid “birds of passage.”
Step on board and the feeling of seamanlike security in unavoidable. A sea-boat for real seamen, everything has been well thought out, and everything has a function, giving this yacht a beauty which is hard to describe. This is a boat where I feel the pictures can never do her justice. The interior is roomy, airy and there is stowage a-plenty.
She is basically a long-keeled yacht with bilge plates, so she sails “in the groove” but can take the ground if required.
Engine access is brilliant and the Lister Diesel was removed and reconditioned in Autumn 2015 to March 2016. All the gear looks workmanlike and well looked after, and whilst I haven’t actually tried it, all the equipment looks as though if its meant to do a job then it does it – no fuss, just competence. The yacht was totally re-wired this year, have a look at main spec for more details on this.
The owners exude love and affection for this very special yacht – they enjoyed the restoration project so much that they want to find another yacht and do it all over again!
