Located in a highly sought after area in Alcudia, this Powles 46 could make an ideal liveaboard boat for anyone wanting a place in the sun. She has a serviced generator and ample solar charging capacity for self-sufficiency, powering the fridges and other amenities whilst providing a constant float charge to the battery bank.

She's powered by recently serviced twin Ford Mermaids which could get you to your destination rapidly.

Since owning the boat the owner has carried out the following works:

 Replaced propeller shaft seals
 Replaced flybridge floor & seating
 Replaced both fuel tanks with new HDPE TEK tanks
 New fuel lines and RACOR fuel filters
 Engines and generator fully serviced
 Rebuilt gearbox with new parts
 Renewed morse cables to flybridge controls
 Renewed morse cables and reinstated lower helm controls
 Renewed all seacocks
 New shore power line and fused isolation switch
 Renewed lower deck aft seating and storage lockers
 Replaced all lining wood in aft exterior seating area
 Fitted new bilge pumps throughout
 Installed COBRA VHF radio
 Install New 12V batteries x 2
 Replaced 50m anchor chain
 Installed new bow cleats and fairleads
 Renewed all mains power socket wiring
 Serviced windlass and renewed anchor plate & roller
 Replaced central cleat and plate
 Replaced all 12V main salon lighting and wiring
 Renewed both engines' fuel lift pumps
 Propellor shafts removed and all bearings; couplings renewed
