Broker's Comments
We are pleased to offer this fabulous Humber Keel. Built in 1937/38 and set to work in 1940, she is a true classic.
She was refurbished and completely fitted out by her current owner in 2013, including the engine! (many pictures to show it).
She has a large "wheelhouse", topsides, which is the kitchen and dining room.
Stairs lead down to the main living area, comprising a very large, open and airy lounge, with master suite to forward and second bedroom and bathroom towards the aft.
Access to the engine room and workshop is through the second bedroom (or the hatch topsides).
She's now powered by a 1960's 110hp Kelvin.
The mooring would be available, but by separate negotiation with the marina.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
