Being kept up to date and aware of proceedings and paperwork is very important and the monthly report of viewings and interest was always a welcome sight. The number of photographs taken and placed on their site gave potential interested people an excellent idea of our vessel before any viewing took place and we are sure this helped enormously to ensure only really serious people arrived to view our vessel. I placed my 28ft Gib'Sea with Samantha Cassell to sell on my behalf and was delighted with the fast response, attention to detail and very swift sale of the boat. Having spotted a few points on the boat that needed attention, the first viewing was within days of the notice appearing on the web site, an offer was made and accepted by us a week later, and the survey and completion within another week.
